My name is Linda Ware and I specialize in real estate in the Sarasota and Venice areas including, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Casey Key, Osprey, Nokomis, Englewood and North Port. I love what I do and am passionate about helping buyers and sellers. My goal is to help them truly enjoy the process of finding their dream home or selling their current home for the best price in the shortest amount of time.
I have been selling real estate for the past eleven years with average sales exceeding $23 million in the past five years. I became part of the Exit King Realty Team in Venice because of the training and support they give their agents.

I am a native of Medina, Ohio and earned a bachelor's degree in Education from Ohio University. I have a background in education and as a speaker, author and executive coach. In my real estate career, I can tap into all of that expertise to support my clients. I live in Venice but have moved over 20 times in my adult life so I think I know a little bit about buying, selling and adjusting to change. I enjoy walking, gardening, swimming, yoga and singing in the choir at my church, where I also volunteer in our technology loft. I love to travel and had to cancel our trip to Munich, Germany (my birthplace) in 2020 because of Covid. Looking forward to going in 2023..
