Stacy & Kurt Knispel

Our name is Stacy and Kurt Knispel and we specialize in assisting buyers and sellers throughout the North Port, Port Charlotte, Venice, Punta Gorda, and Sarasota area with home and land purchases. We have experience in selling real estate and title insurance, which allows us to help our buyers and sellers with all their questions and needs.

Originally, I was born in Ohio and moved to the Tampa Bay area at the young age of 4. Eleven years ago I moved down the Venice/North Port area. Kurt is originally from Indiana and lived in the Bradenton/Parrish area over 10 years prior to moving south with me. Our education includes Associates, Bachelors, and I started my Masters in Business prior to entering real estate.
We enjoy spending time with our two Golden Retrievers and our 11 year daughter.
