Kathleen Stansfield

Hi, I'm Kathleen Stansfield. A full-time Realtor in Venice Florida and the surrounding counties of Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte.  I've been licensed since 2013 and hold the GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), the MCNE designation (Master Certified Negotiating Expert), the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist, RSPS (Resort and Second Property Specialist), and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Representative so I can better assist my clients.

As an agent, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about Buying and Selling Real Estate in this area. For buyers, I offer and leverage my knowledge in getting them the best property for their money while educating them on the value of a well built/renovated home versus one that may be prone to have future issues, looking past staging and new paint on the walls.

For sellers, I leverage this experience in helping them address any potential issues before the sale and help them make any needed fixes that might come up at resale in order to yield them the maximum value. I refer and leverage the use of my personal Rolodex of contractors and trades that I have personally vetted and used on my own projects.
